# Tạo nhóm và tài khoản nhân viên (App)

### **Tạo nhóm nhân viên**

**Bước 1:** Chọn mục nhóm nhân viên

**Bước 2:** Nhập tên nhóm ➜ Chọn **Thêm nhóm nhân viên**

### **Cách tạo nhân viên**

**Bước 1:** Chọn mục **Danh sách nhân viên**

**Bước 2:** Chọn biểu tượng![](/files/-MXpp-TcT-4Dp8MwCX71) để thêm tài khoản nhân viên mới

**Bước 3:** Điền các thông tin nhân viên như Họ và tên, nhóm nhân viên,... Chọn **Đăng nhập bằng tài khoản** để tạo tài khoản cho nhân viên sử dụng phần mềm. Nếu không cấp quyền đăng nhập bạn chỉ cầm bấm **Lưu**

Khi tạo tài khoản cho nhân viên bạn phải nhập đầy đủ các thông tin như: tên đăng nhập, mật khẩu, chi nhánh, vai trò

**Bước 4:** Nhấn **Lưu** để thêm tài khoản cho nhân viên.
